He has spearheaded international trade initiatives and overseen high-level banking transactions totalling trillions of dollars. His global operational footprint includes extended tenures in the UK, USA, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Greece, and Dubai.

Eric Peters

Chief Operating Officer
Eric delivers more than 20 years of elite general management experience to the executive team. A proven leader in the tech sector, he has successfully served as CEO or COO for six high-technology companies, with a particular specialisation in wireless mobile communications and mobile computing.

Grace Watson

Vice President of Product Development
Grace commands over 20 years of experience leading Research & Development and Manufacturing Management within the financial technology sector. She has a proven track record as a Project Manager for both government bodies and private corporations, guiding cross-disciplinary international teams to launch secure banking and detection systems. Grace previously held prestigious research positions at a government research centre in Cyprus and the University of California. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Mike Theodore

Vice President of Commercial Operations
Mike offers over two decades of experience leading commercial sales, marketing, and global support teams. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Commercial Operations for HSBC, where he engineered a highly successful global business turnaround and directed the commercial launch of two FDA-cleared systems. Mike began his corporate career in the International Banking World following a distinguished career as a military officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States.

Julie A. Patmore

Co-Founder, Director & VP of Marketing
As Co-Founder, Julie drives the company's mission to deliver critical diagnostics to developing markets. She brings a powerful track record of legislative advocacy, corporate compliance, and strategic research to the board. Before co-founding the company, Julie was a senior executive at a leading national architectural design firm, where her work earned multiple prestigious national design awards. She holds a Bachelor of Science from a State University.

Stan K. Wilham

Director of Finance
Based in Singapore, Stan brings 30 years of senior executive experience in investment banking, funds management, and fast-moving consumer goods across the Asia-Pacific region. He has successfully driven regional corporate growth for institutions such as Citibank and AMS Capital Management in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Korea, the Philippines, and Singapore. Stan leverages deep global networks to scale the company's presence across APAC markets. He is a graduate of St. John’s College, Cambridge, and serves on the Board of Trustees for Ace Management Services (AMS).
